A paying, active, Subscriber in good standing is eligible to receive the fifteen (15) minute phone consultations with an attorney by appointment and via emails each month, depending on the issue and/or concern and in accordance with the plan selected. These consultations are not meant to be an in-depth analysis of a complex situation. These calls and emails are appropriate for quick general questions that do not require full legal representation or to help the business leadership determine if they are on the right track and do not desire to retain full legal representation. The Attorney will inform you if they believe your issue will require more than a fifteen (15) minute consultation and email and assist you with scheduling a regular paid consultation for a more in-depth discussion and/or legal representation if needed for a legal issue. Based on the Subscriber’s intake information submitted with the consultation request, TNG will determine if the expertise needed is best provided by a Consultant or Attorney for an example, if the question requires tax expertise or is related to accounting, it may be best that the consultation is conducted by an Accountant (If your plan includes a 15 minute Tax Consultation, then a meeting may be coordinated); the Subscriber will be advised of this in advance of the call and given the option to proceed with the Accountant or choose another issue to discuss with an Attorney if preferred. If the Subscriber prefers to speak with an Attorney, but the issue is better handled by a Consultant, the Subscriber may still speak with the Attorney who may then advise the Subscriber that they need to speak with a Consultant regarding that particular issue, which would likely be followed by an Attorney review.
